ForgeNest is a venture-studio-backed startup building a next-generation forging platform that combines AI-driven toolpath generation with adaptable, commercially available hardware. We produce dual-use metal products for defense, aerospace, energy, mining, and automotive sectors.

## What We Do

ForgeNest treats the forging press as a programmable platform. By instrumenting the process with high-bandwidth sensors and closing the loop with AI-driven control, we achieve the geometric flexibility of additive manufacturing with the superior material properties of forgings. Our system operates with minimal human intervention — an operator loads stock material and initiates the job; the AI handles the rest.
